I don't know about 2020 but I usually just have vague writing goals and almost everything else is up in the air. You can't run a business or a career (or personal finances or national economies) that way so I want to hear from more people about how they concretely plan/predict things. I remember when Nigeria had an important Vision2020 exercise.
