According to Time, and after factoring in the time value of money, Microsoft's Bill Gates barely makes the list. 
We have Augustus Caesar and Genghis Khan, Indian and Chinese emperors, Carnegie and Rockefeller, and sitting at the top is an African king named Mansa Musa.  No girls.  See for yourself.
